Wash the apple, carrot and spinach leaves thoroughly with lemon and salted water (Brine). Clean the apple by cutting off the top and bottom base and slice it into 8 piece so it can blend well. Chop up the carrot as well and put them in the blender. Add the flaxseed and spinach then add any other interesting vegetable or fruit. Add half a cup of Acai juice just to get the blender going. You may add ice cubes if you like to give it some chille and crunch. Do not add any dairy product to it, if you can avoid it. Read this blog post to see why.
