All items indicated to be in stock are shipped within 3 business day of the order placed.
A confirmation email is sent once the item is shipped out. This email will not only
confirm that the item has been shipped, but will also provide the tracking number for your item along with an estimated delivery date.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: FEDEX, UPS, DHL, Canada Post and USPS
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, you will be updated on your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate displayed for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location with respect to the seller. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to select the shipping option and price. You may decide not to discontinue with placing your order at any time during your shipping selection.
All free shipping offer on AfricaribTraders.com will only be ground based except where specifically mentioned.
Currently there is a shipping restriction on ground shipping for the Yeshi Enjera when orders are placed between Monday to Thursday. The restriction was imposed on customers to ensure that orders containing the Yeshi Enjera that are placed between Friday and Sunday can be delivered within 3 days if a customer selected ground shipping. There is also a shipping restriction imposed on the Flat rate shipping for orders that weigh equal to or greater than 55 lbs.
Out of Stock Policy
Inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in stock” when you
place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. In this event, the seller should make every effort to contact the buyer immediately to notify him/her that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.
If an item goes on back order the seller must handle a backorder problem quickly and professionally by contacting the customer and tell him/her that the item has sold out faster than you expected. Offer to back order the item, replace it with a similar item, or refund their money immediately.
If you have any questions relating to delivery of your item, please contact the seller or us on our website or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to 930 New Hope Rd, Unit 11155, Lawrenceville, GA 30045.
